PaperMate provides document assistance and processing services for expatriates in the Philippines. We act as your authorized representative to facilitate standard government procedures.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and authentic information and documents. PaperMate is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or falsified information provided by the user.

4. Payments and Refunds

Services are billed transparently. Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy, typically applicable only if services have not yet been initiated with government agencies.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for efficiency, PaperMate is not liable for delays caused by government system downtimes, policy changes, or force majeure events.
